What you will do
- Build communities and commerce services for niche interests with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Design and integrate databases, authentication, and storage with Supabase.
- Use AI coding tools to launch and improve small services quickly.
- Take ownership of deployment, monitoring, and resolving user inquiries.
What we look for
- Experience building and deploying web services with TypeScript and React
- Ability to solve problems across the frontend and backend
- Ability to review AI-generated code and assess its quality
- Ability to define what users need and see that scope through to completion
Nice to have
- Production experience with Next.js App Router and Supabase
- Experience launching or running a small service on your own
- Experience building payment, commerce, or community features

What you will do
- Explore each community's culture and language to develop a service's brand and visual identity.
- Design user flows and interfaces for web and mobile apps.
- Create launch graphics and content, and work with developers on implementation.
- Refine designs based on real user responses.
What we look for
- Ability to explain how you defined a problem and made design decisions
- A hands-on approach to both brand and interface design
- Understanding of mobile and desktop differences and how to design for them
- Comfort launching a small first version and incorporating feedback
Nice to have
- Experience designing a small service from brand identity to product screens
- Experience designing community or commerce services
- Experience using AI tools in production or contributing to web implementation

What you will do
- Listen to members of niche communities and establish community guidelines.
- Write blog and social media content in each service's voice.
- Interview enthusiasts and create reasons for people to participate.
- Review responses to content and community activity to inform future plans.
What we look for
- Deep personal involvement in a hobby or culture
- Ability to verify sources and write in your own words
- Ability to listen to different views and communicate calmly
- Ability to own content from planning through publication and ongoing management
Nice to have
- Experience consistently running a blog, social media account, or online community
- Experience creating photo or video content yourself
- Experience improving content using search traffic or channel metrics

What you will do
- Source products for niche interests and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- List products and manage sales information on Smart Store, Coupang, and our own stores.
- Handle orders, inventory, shipping, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Review sales and costs to improve the product mix and operations.
What we look for
- Understanding of order and product management workflows in online sales channels
- Careful attention to product information and numbers
- Ability to explain situations clearly to customers and suppliers
- Ability to identify recurring operational problems and suggest better approaches
Nice to have
- Experience operating Smart Store, Coupang, or an independent online store
- Hands-on experience in product sourcing, logistics, or customer service
- Experience reducing operational work with spreadsheets or automation tools
